Not able to activate the product
Follow the below instructions to activate your software using an activation key:
1. Run the Demo edition of Stellar Software.
2. Click the Activation button and paste the activation key in the dialog box.
3. Stellar software will connect with the license server to verify the entered key. The software will activate after successful validation of the key.
4. ‘Stellar Data Recovery Activated Successfully’ message will be displayed. Click OK.

If you are unable to activate the software and experiencing the activation error, please contact with the Stellar Customer Support team.The team will help you activate the software and resolve the error at the earliest
Raise a TicketFollowing are the prerequisites for successful activation:
1. You must be logged in as an Administrator into the system.
2. Ensure undisrupted Internet connectivity while activating the software.
3. Copy and paste the activation key instead of typing it in the dialog box.
4. While copying the activation key, ensure that no extra spaces or characters are copied with the key.
5. Ensure that the activation key matches the software application and version installed on your system.
6. No antivirus/ firewall must be enabled.
