When installing Stellar Photo Recovery Mac software in your macOS Mojave (10.14) or higher, enable Full Disk Access on your Mac to ensure your software works properly.
Full Disk Access permission is a privacy feature available in macOS Mojave and Catalina. It prevents some applications from accessing your important data, such as Mail, Messages, TimeMachine, Safari files, etc. It means you need to grant permission manually for a certain application to access these protected areas of your Mac. If you have any earlier versions of macOS (10.13 and lower), this permission is automatically granted during photo recovery software installation.
Note - If Full Disk Access is not enabled, the Photo Recovery software is unable to scan and recover your data from all areas of your Mac. |
