Step 1: Install and run Stellar Converter for MBOX.

Step 2: Choose the mail client from the drop-down, select the MBOX file or Identity folder, and click ‘Convert.’

Step 3: The software parses the MBOX files of the selected mail client and displays progress bars.

Step 4: After the MBOX scan completes. Click ‘OK’.

Step 5: The software displays an enhanced preview of all MBOX mail items in a three-pane preview window. Choose the mail items you want to save as new or existing PST files and click ‘Save Converted File.’

Step 6: Choose New PST, Existing PST, EML, or MSG based on your preference and click Next.

Step 7: Click Apply Filter to include or exclude mail items based on email ID & date range. You may also select the Auto split PST file option and click Apply.
