Is there a way for you folks to check if my product registration has been activated for the year as per my purchase of the Stellar Recovery Professional for Mac? the software refuses to provide me with previews of any photo/video I have tried to recover and when I do go through the recover process the photos/videos are blank.

My USB is not readable and keep getting prompt to format it. However I do not want to format it as I do not want to lose data within it. Would this software recover the files that are not readable before formatting? Is there a trial key to try out or do I just download the tool and run it against my USB drive? Hi, I downloaded the application and selected a file worth 2.77MB to recover and every time I click "Recover" it takes me to Safari to purchase the application in full and get an Activation Key. But here on the website it says I can recover items less than 1GB for free. Please Help!
