I just bought your Phoenix Mac Data Recovery software in order to retrieve deleted photos. Unfortunately, I just found out about your Photo Recovery software. Is this better for photo recovery than the data recovery software I just bought? Should I have bought this instead?

Hello,
I bought the "Stellar Data Recovery Premium for Mac" and try to install, but it did not work. The starting screen comes, "Initalizing" is 2 times runnig and the program quit.
I work with a MBAir 11", OS-X 10.11.6

We understand that software is getting close while you are trying to launch it. In case, any external drive is connected to your machine which is corrupted so it might be causing problem to launch the product.
Please make sure that external drive/card is getting detect in disk utility. Kindly remove the external drive/card than try to launch Stellar product.
